Pinellas County Beaches ? Great Place to Visit or Live

Much of Pinellas County is surrounded by the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. With this prime real estate comes some tropical beaches that attract visitors and homeowners alike. One of the best known in this area is Clearwater Beach. This vacation hot spot has also become a growing place for residents to enjoy condominium and single family home lifestyles. Packed with every beach convenience, people can enjoy the white sand beaches, boating and watercraft, charter fishing or just relax by the shore. And don't forget the seafood dining. With some of the best eateries on the water, many of these restaurants feature stunning views and live entertainment.

Just a short drive from Clearwater Beach over the Sand Key Bridge is the Sand Key and Belleair Beaches. These scenic shores are a homeowner's paradise. With many condominium, and single family homes in these areas, these beaches are much quieter. Enjoy the tranquility of the water without the high traffic that surrounds larger more commercial areas. And for a night on the town, you're just a short drive from great dining and live music.

As you continue north on Gulf Boulevard you will come to Indian Rocks and Redington Beaches. These seaside communities are an excellent place to vacation, rent or own your own home, duplex or condominium. Whether on the gulf side or intercoastal waterway, there is easy beach access to enjoy a sunset and walk on the beach. They are not large as other beaches, but maintain outstanding dining, beachside shops, and clean seashores. They are a great place to enjoy a peaceful day by the ocean.

Next you will come to Treasure Island and Madeira Beach. John's Pass is a waterfront location that features dining, shopping, charter fishing and even a casino ship. It attracts many beach lovers and hosts annual food and seafood festivals. These attractive beaches are a homeowners dream with small cottages, large waterfront homes and condominiums to fit everyone's needs.

Lastly you will find the St. Petersburg and Pasadena Beaches. One of the most well known landmarks of this area is the historic Don Cesar. Known as the Pink Castle, this grand hotel has been remodeled and is a vacationer's paradise. Many homeowners here have large upscale homes and condominiums directly on the water. St. Petersburg offers so much that it is an ideal place to be. From Baywalk near the St. Petersburg Pier, to historic downtown shopping, this area has been under renovation and taken a dramatic facelift. It has become prime real estate and a sound investment. If you are looking for a great place to live or to visit, check out one of these Pinellas County Beaches!
